BankruptcyAssist is an Estonian advisory firm specialising in insolvency and company wind-down services. Our core service is guiding companies through the preparation and filing of bankruptcy petitions.

Our experience

Our team has hands-on experience from a bankruptcy trustee’s office, covering insolvency proceedings at every stage — from debt restructuring to full bankruptcy administration. We have seen these cases from the trustee’s side of the table, which means we know exactly what courts and trustees expect from a well-prepared petition.

The firm is led by a specialist with a long background in auditing, who also serves as a registered financial expert and works in close cooperation with several law firms. His experience is not limited to advisory work: years spent as a financial controller and CFO in operating companies have given him a practical, inside understanding of how real businesses run — and what it means when they get into difficulty. He holds a master’s degree in law and finance.
